Shehbaz Sharif Diwali Wishes: दिवाली के मौके पर पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री शहबाज शरीफ ने हिंदू समुदाय को शुभकामनाएं देकर धार्मिक सद्भाव और आपसी भाईचारे का संदेश दिया. उन्होंने पाकिस्तान में रहने वाले हिंदुओं के साथ दुनिया भर के हिंदुओं को भी इस पर्व की बधाई दी. अपने संदेश में उन्होंने दीपावली को नफरत और असहिष्णुता के अंधकार पर रोशनी की जीत का प्रतीक बताया.
शहबाज शरीफ ने अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा का भरोसा भी दिलाया, लेकिन उनके इस संदेश के साथ पाकिस्तान में हिंदुओं की वास्तविक स्थिति पर सवाल उठने लगे हैं. जिस देश में अल्पसंख्यक समुदाय की सुरक्षा, धार्मिक स्वतंत्रता और जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन को लेकर चिंताएं सामने आती रही हैं, वहां प्रधानमंत्री के भाईचारे वाले संदेश की जमीनी हकीकत पर चर्चा होना स्वाभाविक है.
पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री ने अपने संदेश में हिंदू समुदाय को देश की सामाजिक, सांस्कृतिक और आर्थिक पहचान का महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बताया. उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान में रहने वाले हिंदुओं के धार्मिक और नागरिक अधिकारों की रक्षा की जाएगी. साथ ही, उन्होंने समाज में शांति, सहिष्णुता और एक-दूसरे के धर्म का सम्मान करने की जरूरत पर जोर दिया. उनका संदेश दुनिया के हिंदू समुदाय तक भी पहुंचा. हालांकि, शुभकामनाओं के साथ यह सवाल भी खड़ा हुआ कि क्या पाकिस्तान में अल्पसंख्यकों को वास्तव में बराबरी और सुरक्षा का माहौल मिल पा रहा है?

On the joyous and auspicious occasion of Diwali, I extend my heartfelt felicitations and warmest wishes to the Hindu community across the world, particularly those residing in Pakistan. Diwali symbolises the triumph of light over the darkness of hatred, intolerance and despair. The festival of lights conveys a profound message of promoting peaceful coexistence in human relations and social life. The enduring belief in a bright, prosperous and hopeful future is one of the most cherished attributes of Diwali. The Hindu community of Pakistan is a valued and integral part of our national fabric. Its invaluable contributions to the social, cultural and economic development of our country are worthy of the highest appreciation. The diverse cultural and religious traditions within our society constitute a valuable social asset. Pakistan takes immense pride in its religious and cultural diversity. The Constitution of Pakistan guarantees the protection of the religious and civil rights of minorities. The Government remains firmly committed to safeguarding the rights, dignity and religious freedoms of all citizens, irrespective of religion, faith, colour or ethnicity. Promoting religious harmony, mutual unity and respect is our shared responsibility. Our collective resolve is to build a peaceful, inclusive and prosperous nation. A society that embraces diverse cultures and traditions and upholds the principles of peaceful coexistence is one that ensures equal educational and economic opportunities for all its citizens. पाकिस्तान की 2023 की जनगणना के आंकड़े हिंदू आबादी की स्थिति का एक पहलू सामने रखते हैं. इन आंकड़ों के अनुसार, देश में हिंदुओं की संख्या करीब 38.67 लाख थी. वर्ष 2017 में यह आंकड़ा लगभग 35.95 लाख था. यानी कुल संख्या में बढ़ोतरी हुई, लेकिन पाकिस्तान की आबादी में हिंदुओं की हिस्सेदारी 1.73 प्रतिशत से घटकर 1.61 प्रतिशत रह गई.
पाकिस्तान में हिंदू समुदाय की सुरक्षा लंबे समय से चिंता का विषय रही है. हिंदू लड़कियों के अपहरण, जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन और कम उम्र में शादी की घटनाओं को लेकर सवाल उठते रहे हैं. मंदिरों पर हमलों की खबरें भी सामने आती रही हैं. पाकिस्तान के मानवाधिकार आयोग ने अपनी रिपोर्ट में हिंदू और ईसाई महिलाओं तथा लड़कियों के जबरन धर्म परिवर्तन से जुड़े मामलों पर चिंता जताई है.
पाकिस्तान के सिंध प्रांत में रहने वाले हिंदू परिवारों के पलायन को लेकर भी चिंता जताई जाती रही है. असुरक्षा, आर्थिक परेशानियां और भेदभाव को इसके प्रमुख कारणों में गिना जाता है. ऐसे हालात में अल्पसंख्यकों के अधिकारों की रक्षा का दावा तभी मजबूत माना जाएगा, जब उन्हें रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी में भी बराबरी और सुरक्षा का अनुभव हो.
दिवाली पर शहबाज शरीफ का संदेश धार्मिक सद्भाव की बात करता है, लेकिन पाकिस्तान के हिंदू समुदाय के सामने मौजूद चुनौतियां भी ध्यान देने लायक हैं. किसी भी देश में अल्पसंख्यकों की स्थिति का आकलन केवल नेताओं के बयानों से नहीं, बल्कि उनकी रोजमर्रा की जिंदगी से होता है. हिंदू परिवारों को अपने त्योहार मनाने, मंदिरों में जाने और अपनी धार्मिक पहचान के साथ सुरक्षित रहने का भरोसा मिलना जरूरी है.
