Rafael Nadal beat Eduardo Schwank of Argentina 6-1, 6-3, 6-4 Saturday in the third round. Andy Murray returned from back injury and defeated Santiago Giraldo 6-4, 6-1, 6-3 to move to the round of 16.
Nadal has won the French Open title six times, and one more will break the record he shares with Bjorn Borg.
Milos Raonic defeated by Juan Monaco in five sets
Milos Raonic lost a five-set thriller to Argentina`s Juan Monaco on Saturday in the third-round of the French Open 2012.
Raonic, from Thornhill, Ont., lost 6-7 (5), 6-3, 6-7 (5), 6-3, 6-4 to the 13th-seeded Monaco.
Monaco will face Rafael Nadal in the quarter-finals.
