A minor has alleged that she was raped at gunpoint by a guard employed by BSP MP Jugal Kishore in Lakhimpur Kheri.
The 16-year-old has alleged that she was gagged and then dragged by the accused, Brijesh, into the house of the MP, when she was on her way back home from a wedding function on Saturday night. The MP was not at home when the incident allegedly happened.
Police have registered a case on the complaint of the girl’s father, Investigations are underway.
