Dhammu story
Dhammu is all about Rivalry between two big families in a region through generations. Suman heads one group while Nasser heads other. Ranganath makes a pact between two families seeing all the bloodshed that two families wont fight each other expect on the granted two days of the year and no blood will be spilled for the rest of year. In the process Suman looses all his guys and gets defeated in a year by Nasser. How NTR comes into these Families and solves the problem between two groups is the rest of story.
Dammu movie review
Dhammu is wholesome mass entertainer. NTR gives a fabulous performance and carries whole film on his shoulders. This film will definitely do well with mass audience as it got all the elements they like. It will be treat for Nandamuri fans who are waiting eagerly for this film release.
Dialogues penned by Ratnam are powerful. Jr. NTR shows his ease in delivering the dialogues, may be he is the best in saying the dialogues in the newer generation.
Boyapati Seenu direction is good in Parts, overall he managed to do ok. Picturisation of Ruler song is quite impressive and worth an applause. Concentrated a lot on action sequences. Though screenplay at times tend to be running in slow pace.
Trisha and Karthika provides ample entertainment, Brahmanandam was not used much in the film though he shines in couple of episodes.
Suman, Banupriya, Kota and surprisingly Venu Tottempudi provides good supporting to the film, Venu performed well.
Nasser has been playing soft roles for a long time and it is quite refreshing to see him as main villain after long time. He performed with ease and perfection.
Music by MM Keeravani is good and has already been popular on the charts.
Final Verdict: Overall Dammu Film is Entertainer, Can go watch for NTR’s performance and Dialogue Lines.
