Actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi’s son Ram Charan Teja tied the knot with his long-time girlfriend, Upasana Kamineni, at a glittering ceremony at a farm house near Hyderabad.
Ram Charan has married Upasna around 7.30 AM today (June 14, 2012), The couple tied knot at 9.30 AM as per the Hindu customs with both the families’ blessings. Ram Charan was seen in a traditional dhoti while Upasna sported yellow-gold South Indian silk sari designed by Tarun Tahiliani.
Among the celebrities who attended the event are Amitabh Bachchan, Venkatesh, Rana, Srikanth, Jr.NTR, Mohan Babu and family, Sunil, actress Jamuna, Sumalatha, Sridevi, and from Kollywood Rajinikanth, Kamal Hassan, Surya, Karthi et al attended the wedding.
From politicians, Governor Narasimhan and his wife, Chief Minsiter Kiran Kumar reddy, Tamilnadu Governor Rosaiah, TRS President KCR, TDP chief Chandra Babu Naidu and many other politicians including state ministers and central ministers.
Later this evening, the wedding reception will be held at HICC in Hyderabad.
