Preity Zinta turned 36 today, several B-town celebrities took to Twitter to greet the qute actress and wished for her successful stint as a film producer. She would be seen on silver screen after almost two years gap with her maiden home production Ishkq in Paris.

“@realpreityzinta hey wish you a very happy birthday P Zee-have a fantastic year n a blockbuster debut as a producer…love always,” actor Riteish Deshmukh tweeted.
Thanking everyone for the warm wishes, Preity tweeted, “Thank you guys and gals for your sweet Birthday messages! I have the biggest grin on my face reading them. Thanks for always putting a smile on my face! Ting.”
After creating a storm at the box office with her films like Koi Mil Gaya, Kal Ho Na Ho, Veer Zaara, Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna and others, Preity changed gears and became an owner of IPL team Kings XI Punjab.
Preity is not in town to bring in the birthday as she is busy shooting for her home production Ishkq In Paris.
“Watching the snowflakes slowly cover the roses and all the city of Lyon! Shooting Ishkq In Paris in Lyon & Freezing,” she said. Last year the bubbly actress launched her own production company, PZNZ Media.
The first film produced under the banner, a romantic comedy featuring her in the lead is directed by Prem Soni. The film is expected to release this year.
