Black paint thrown on Sonia Gandhi’s poster outside Congress headquarters

At around 4:45 pm on Monday evening, a supporter of Baba Ramdev threw ink on the poster of Sonia Gandhi ouside Congress Headquarters at 24 Akbar Road.

The man whose name is said to be Tribhuvan and who supposedly hails from Delhi was allegedly peeved at ink being thrown at the Baba few days back during a press conference.

As per sources, the man was shouting slogans saying that disrespect to religious guru will not be tolerated.

Congress workers and ticket seekers who were standing outside the Congress headquarters beat up the man as soon as he defaced the poster of the Congress president.

Soon Ramdev’s supporters too gathered at the spot resulting in a clash between the two sides. Meanwhile, the police have taken the man in custody.
