Congress MLA Malkhan Singh, who is already under arrest for his alleged involvement in kidnapping and killing of Bhanwari Devi, finds himself deeper in trouble as his DNA matched that of Gungun, the second daughter of the nurse.
According to sources, CBI has received the blood reports of Malkhan Singh and Gungun and it proves that she was born out of his relationship with the nurse. CBI, during its investigation found that nurse was blackmailing Malkhan Singh on the basis that Gungun was his daughter and demanded a share in his property for her.
Meanwhile, the CBI on Tuesday arrested Ashok, young brother of gangster Bishnaram, who had burnt and disposed of the body of the nurse in a canal.
Ashok was present when the body of the nurse was burnt near village Jadola. He had confirmed that when Bhanwari Devi was handed over to the gang, she was already dead.
In another development Sahil, eldest son of Bhanwari Devi has refused to accept the Government offer for a job on compensatory ground. He told media persons at Jodhpur that he believes his mother was still alive and would return some day.
On Sunday Government had announced a relief package for the family.
Under the package, Sahil was offered a Government job. A sum of Rs 4 lakh would be deposited in the bank of accounts of her two school-going daughters Ahwin and Gungun to meet their educational expenses.
